Upstate New York Diving offers a year-round instructional diving program for all levels of springboard divers from Learn to Dive (Sparks) to Elite level training. Highly experienced coaches safely instruct divers in fun and motivating sessions. Competitive opportunities are available to all divers from beginners to national level. Tiger Summer Diving Camp 2009 at RIT Camp Registration

The RIT Diving Camp will run from August 3-7. This year the camp will be an overnight camp with an option for daycampers. The cost of the camp will be $485 for overnight campers and $385 for day campers. More ages now allowed! Day campers (7:45am- 5:15 pm) may be 9-12 years.

Four Upstate Divers Named Diving All Americans

The National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association has announced the 2008-2009 Diving All-Americans. The Association chooses the top divers from across the country. This year four divers from Upstate Diving were chosen for this prestigious award. They are: Jenny Chiang; Fairport, Rachel Eckert; West Irondequoit, Drhruv Tyagi; Fairport and Jonathon Zollo; Victor. Congratulations to all of them!

Club Policies & College Divers Here

If there is space available, college divers who wish to train over the summer with Upstate Diving may pay a one time fee of $475 for 1 practice or unlimited Upstate practices for the summer from May 15 to August 15. AAU adult insurance is required. Returning Upstate Divers practice fees are $375 for the summer.

Private and Semi-Private Lessons Now Available

Divers who would like to get individual or small group (2-4 divers) instruction may now sign up with any one of the coaching staff. Diving or trampoline time may be scheduled. Fees are $80 per hour. Schedule your lesson with Cliff at 475-5004.

2009 Session 7- Registration

Registration for 2009 Session 7 is now open. Current divers should pre-register early to reserve their spot in session 7. Diving fees will be due on Monday August 10for Session 7. The registration order for Session 4 will be currently enrolled divers first, then waiting list divers, then new divers. 

Please contact the Diving Director now at 585-475-5004 to register for the Session. The Session is five weeks long with one class per week for Beginners (Sparks), two classes for intermediate and three to five practices for advanced divers. We have added more facilities and will add even more soon. Please check on the Facilities page for additional practice times.
