Upstate Diving A Complete Diving Program

Upstate New York Diving offers a year-round instructional diving program for all levels of springboard divers from Learn to Dive (Sparks) to Elite level training. Highly experienced coaches safely instruct divers in fun and motivating sessions. Competitive opportunities are available to all divers from beginners to national level. We have everything you need to excel in the sport of springboard diving!

Private and Semi-Private Lessons Now Available

Divers who would like to get individual or small group (2-4 divers) instruction may now sign up with any one of the coaching staff. Diving or trampoline time may be scheduled. Fees are $80 per hour. Schedule your lesson with Cliff at 475-5004. Additional fees apply to divers registered with other dive clubs.

2008 Session 6 - Registration

Registration for Session 6 is now open. Current divers should preregister early to reserve their spot in session 6. Diving fees will be due on Monday July 14 for Session 6. The registration order for Session 6 will be by currently enrolled divers first, then by waiting list divers, then new divers. 

Please contact the Diving Director now at 585-475-5004 to register for the Session. The Session is five weeks long with one class per week for Beginners(Sparks) and two or three classes for intermediate and advanced divers. We have added more practice times and changed some diving group times. Please check on the Groups Page for additional practice times.
