| This group is reserved for the highest level of competitive divers in Upstate New York Diving. Divers in this group usually have three or four years competitive diving experience. This group also has extensive competitive experience with three-meter. Beyond competitive experience, a commitment to the sport must be demonstrated. Enthusiasm for diving, regular attendance, and a strong work ethic are important factors in the coaching staff's consideration for entrance to this group. Dive requirements include a full FINA voluntary and optional list on both one- and three-meter for their age-group.
