This group is for divers who are 13 and up in and would like to additional instruction at Upstate NY Diving. Usually divers in this group have some competitive experience but it is not required. Basic dives on one-meter are taught at this level. Somersaulting and twisting optionals are also taught with emphasis correct mechanics and safety. USA Diving Competition is not offered for this group.
