This group is for divers who are 12 and under and are interested in instruction only with no required competition. Divers must have completed the Sparks Learn to Dive program or have completed the basic required skills in in another program. Basic dives on one-meter are taught at this level. Somersaulting and twisting optionals are also taught with emphasis correct mechanics and safety. Three meter diving is not required, but may be used if the facility permits. Competition in Association and Challenge Meets is permitted but USA Diving Competition is not available in this group.
